What happens if a team drops out the morning of the event?
Withdraw the team or swap in a replacement, and byes are handled in the bracket. Then send a schedule update to the teams affected.
Can I check teams in on site?
Yes. Each team gets a QR code. Scan it to confirm the team’s contact, division, and eligibility status, then check the team in.
Does LeagueArc collect entry fees online?
Yes. Teams pay entry fees during registration, and the tournament finance view shows who has paid before event day.
