LeagueArc bills in Canadian dollars. We show US dollar estimates so you can compare plans in the currency you use. They use the Bank of Canada rate for Oct 16, 2026 (US$1 = CA$1.4154) and are rounded up. Switch the page to CAD to see the exact amounts we bill. Your card issuer converts the charge on your statement and may add a foreign transaction fee. Applicable taxes are confirmed at checkout.

Start with seven free days in a private workspace, with no credit card. Set up your league and try sample scoring before choosing a paid plan to publish your site, open registration, collect payments, or run live games.

After seven days, access to the league dashboard and setup tools is locked until you activate a paid plan. You can still sign in and reach the activation page; the organization owner can choose a plan. Trial expiry does not automatically start billing or publish your site.

No. Each plan is one flat monthly price that covers every team up to its limit. There are no per-player, per-participant, or per-team charges.

When a season needs more teams than your plan holds, move up to the next plan for more room. Your season keeps running while you decide, and we never change your plan without asking.

Each scoresheet scan, AI-written article, waiver draft, and incident summary uses one credit. If the AI can't finish a request, the credit comes back. Credits reset on the 1st of each month. Billing and each AI feature show how many you have left. Finance suggestions, like expense categories, don't use credits.

Online registration payments carry a 1% LeagueArc platform fee plus your Stripe processing fees.

Eligible paid subscriptions can pause billing for up to 90 days after at least 30 active days. After resuming, stay active for at least 30 days before pausing again. A pause that reaches 90 days is automatically cancelled; the 30-day post-cancellation export period then begins, followed by data deletion.

Custom domains are available on Starter, Pro, and Enterprise after paid activation. Connect a domain you own, complete the DNS verification steps, and wait for HTTPS to be ready before sharing it. A LeagueArc subdomain is also included.

Bring your previous seasons with you. We can help review your exports, map teams, players, schedules, and available history, and check the results before launch. Scope and timing depend on the source files and any cleanup needed; we confirm those with you before starting.

Your data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation; after that, it is permanently deleted. Export any records you need before the deadline.
