Can leaguearc migrate my data from another platform?

Yes. Email [email protected] with your current platform (TeamSnap, LeagueApps, SportsEngine, spreadsheets, etc.), team count, and sport. We'll scope the import, confirm what data we can bring over, and outline a go-live timeline.

What is your uptime and how do I know if there's an outage?

leaguearc is monitored 24/7 with synthetic checks against live scoring, registration, and payment flows. Our target is 99.9% uptime. If we detect a degradation, admins are notified by email, and we post updates as the incident resolves. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

How do I report a bug?

Send a quick note to [email protected] with a short description, the URL where the issue happened, the browser/device, and a screenshot if you have one. Bug reports go straight to engineering — we usually triage within hours.

Can I see leaguearc before I subscribe?

Yes. View the live demo league any time — no signup required. When you're ready, plans start at $19 CAD/month with no contract, and you can cancel or pause between seasons at any time.

How does billing work?

Subscriptions are monthly and can be paused between seasons at no cost. There's a 1% platform fee on registration transactions, plus standard Stripe processing fees. Full details and the FAQ are on the pricing page.

What is your refund policy?

Plans can be canceled at any time. Annual plan charges are refundable within 10 days of purchase or renewal; after that 10-day window, annual plans are non-refundable.

Can I use my own domain for my league site?

Yes. Custom domains are supported on all paid plans. You'll add a DNS record we provide; SSL is automatic. If you need help with DNS, email [email protected] and we'll walk you through it.

Does live scoring work without internet at the venue?

Yes. The scorekeeper has an offline mode that captures events locally and syncs automatically when connection returns. We recommend pre-loading the game console at the gym entrance before tip-off.
