How do I contact LeagueArc support?
Email [email protected] for bugs, billing, technical questions, or general account help. We respond to most messages within one business day, and faster for urgent game-day issues. You can also use the contact form if you'd prefer to send context through a form.
Can LeagueArc migrate my data from another platform?
Yes. Email [email protected] with your current platform (TeamSnap, LeagueApps, SportsEngine, spreadsheets, etc.), team count, and sport. We'll scope the import, confirm what data we can bring over, and outline a go-live timeline.
What happens if something breaks on game night?
Email [email protected] with your league URL and what you're seeing. Game-day issues go to the front of the line, and errors are reported to our engineering team automatically, so we're often already on it.
How do I report a bug?
Send a quick note to [email protected] with a short description, the URL where the issue happened, the browser/device, and a screenshot if you have one. Bug reports go straight to engineering — we usually triage within hours.
Can I see LeagueArc before I subscribe?
Yes. Build your league free for seven days with no credit card. Nothing goes public until you choose a plan, and your setup stays saved.
How does billing work?
Pay monthly, or annually and get two months free. Online registration payments carry a 1% LeagueArc platform fee plus your Stripe processing fees. After 30 active days, you can pause billing for up to 90 days between seasons. Full details are on the pricing page.
What is your refund policy?
Plans can be canceled at any time. Annual plan charges are refundable within 10 days of purchase or renewal; after that 10-day window, annual plans are non-refundable.
Can I use my own domain for my league site?
Yes. Custom domains are included on every paid plan. You'll add a DNS record we provide, and HTTPS is set up automatically once it verifies. If you need help with DNS, email [email protected] and we'll walk you through it.
Does live scoring work without internet at the venue?
Yes. The scorekeeper has an offline mode that captures events locally and syncs automatically when connection returns. We recommend pre-loading the game console at the gym entrance before tip-off.
