Custom domains are available on Starter, Pro, and Enterprise after paid activation. Connect a domain you own, complete the DNS verification steps, and wait for HTTPS to be ready before sharing it. A LeagueArc subdomain is also included.
Can I import my existing league data from spreadsheets?
Bring your previous seasons with you. We can help review your exports, map teams, players, schedules, and available history, and check the results before launch. Scope and timing depend on the source files and any cleanup needed; we confirm those with you before starting.
Can I pause my subscription in the off-season?
Eligible paid subscriptions can pause billing for up to 90 days after at least 30 active days. After resuming, stay active for at least 30 days before pausing again. A pause that reaches 90 days is automatically cancelled; the 30-day post-cancellation export period then begins, followed by data deletion.
What fees apply to online registration?
Online registration payments carry a 1% LeagueArc platform fee plus your Stripe processing fees.
Do players or scorekeepers need an app?
No. LeagueArc runs in the browser on phones, tablets, and computers. Public schedules, results, and standings can be shared with a link.
