Do coaches or players need to download an app?
No. leaguearc runs entirely in the browser. Coaches score games, players check standings, and fans follow live scores on any phone, tablet, or laptop — nothing to install from an app store. Just share your league link.
Does live scoring work for every sport?
Yes. The live scoring console supports basketball, hockey, soccer, volleyball, baseball, and other sports. Each sport has its own stat set, scoring rules, and period or clock structure, and you can customize tiebreakers per league.
Can I use my own domain for my league website?
Yes. Connect your own domain like
myleague.com on the Pro plan or run on a free leaguearc.com subdomain on any plan. SSL is automatic — you don't need to know what a DNS record is.How does the AI scoresheet scanner work?
Upload a photo of a handwritten scoresheet from your phone. The scanner extracts players, stats, and the final score for admin review before you import approved results to the game. If your volunteers prefer paper on game day, they can keep doing that; you just scan after the game.
Can I import my existing league data from spreadsheets?
Yes. The historical import tool accepts CSV exports from spreadsheets or other league platforms and maps them to teams, players, games, and seasons so your history comes with you. Most migrations take under an hour.
What does the platform fee actually cost me?
A flat 1% leaguearc platform fee applies on online registration transactions, shown on every invoice, plus standard Stripe processing rates. There are no per-player or per-team subscription fees on leaguearc published plans.
Can I pause my subscription in the off-season?
Yes. Pause billing any time your league is not in season and resume when you're ready to run the next one. Your data stays intact and the public site stays live in read-only mode so players can still see their final standings and stats.
Does it work on tablets for game-day scoring?
