How does live scoring work?
Coaches or scorekeepers open the scoring console on any phone, tablet, or laptop — no app download needed. Tap to log points, fouls, assists, and other stats in real time. Standings, leaderboards, and player profiles update automatically as games are scored.
How does the AI scoresheet scanner work?
Upload a photo of a handwritten paper scoresheet. The scanner extracts the stats, maps them to players and teams where possible, and presents the result for review before anything is saved. Start a private workspace to evaluate it with your own league.
What do my players and teams see?
Your league gets a professional public website with schedules, standings, live game scores, and player stats — branded to your colors. Players and fans just visit the link from any browser. How do registration and payments work?
You create a registration form, set the fee, and share the link. Players or team captains register and pay online via Stripe. The money goes directly to your connected Stripe account. leaguearc charges a 1% platform fee on transactions, plus standard Stripe processing rates.
Can I run multiple seasons or divisions?
Yes. You can manage multiple divisions, age groups, sports, and seasons under one organization, each with its own schedules, standings, stat tracking, registration forms, and public pages.
Can I run tournaments in leaguearc?
Yes. Create one or more tournaments inside an active season using teams already assigned to that season. Choose single elimination, double elimination, or a manually arranged bracket; schedule and score every game; and publish a dedicated bracket and results page. Tournament games remain separate from regular-season standings.
Can I pause or cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no annual contracts or cancellation fees. Eligible subscriptions can pause billing for up to 90 days after at least 30 active days. A pause that reaches 90 days is automatically cancelled, then the 30-day post-cancellation export and deletion period begins.
Is my league data secure?
Yes. The platform uses SSL encryption, role-based access, and hosted infrastructure. You own your data and can export league records when needed.
Can I customize the rules — game length, tiebreakers, playoff format?
Yes. You configure scoring rules, tiebreaker logic, single- or double-elimination playoff and tournament brackets, period or quarter structure, and overtime rules to match how your league actually runs.
