Running a league is a lot.
You volunteered to run a league. Not a data-entry operation.
- Chasing down scores at 10pm to update standings by hand
- Copy-pasting across email, spreadsheet, and website—every single week
- Paying for three tools that don't talk to each other
- Texting scores to players who just want to check standings
It shouldn't be.
One platform. Every score, schedule, and update—synced the moment play stops.
- Live scoring console with a public scoreboard—parents and fans watch from anywhere, no login needed
- Turn paper scoresheets into reviewable digital stats. Try the demo
- Scheduling tools help handle divisions, blackout dates, venues, and conflicts without rebuilding spreadsheets
- A public hub your players and fans actually bookmark

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
How is leaguearc different from LeagueApps, TeamSnap, or SportsEngine?
Flat-rate subscription pricing with live scoring, registration, payments, and branding in the same platform. leaguearc is built for league operations, so you can evaluate pricing, migration, public websites, and game-day workflows in one place.
How much does leaguearc cost?
Starter is $19 CAD/month, Pro is $40 CAD/month or $39/month billed annually, and Enterprise is $99 CAD/month. A 1% leaguearc platform fee applies to online payment transactions in addition to standard Stripe processing rates.
Can I import my existing teams, players, and schedules?
Yes. You can import rosters, teams, schedules, and game history from a spreadsheet. If you are migrating from another platform, we can help you map available exports and validate the move before launch.
Who is leaguearc built for?
Rec leagues, adult leagues, youth programs, church leagues, intramurals, prep programs, amateur leagues, and community tournaments. If you are running a league with teams, schedules, standings, registration, payments, and public pages, leaguearc was built for that workflow.
What sports does leaguearc support?
Basketball, soccer, volleyball, hockey, and more. The platform is sport-agnostic — any sport with teams, schedules, and standings works. Each sport gets configurable stat tracking, scoring rules, and tiebreaker logic.
How does live scoring work?
Coaches or scorekeepers open the scoring console on any phone, tablet, or laptop — no app download needed. Tap to log points, fouls, assists, and other stats in real time. Standings, leaderboards, and player profiles update automatically as games are scored.
How does the AI scoresheet scanner work?
Upload a photo of a handwritten paper scoresheet. The scanner extracts the stats, maps them to players and teams where possible, and presents the result for review before anything is saved. Try the demo to see it in action.
What do my players and teams see?
Your league gets a professional public website with schedules, standings, live game scores, and player stats — branded to your colors. Players and fans just visit the link from any browser. No app download, no account required to view. Coaches and captains can register teams and manage rosters through the same link.
Do you help with setup?
Yes. You can start on your own or contact leaguearc for help with setup and migration planning. We can help review spreadsheets, teams, schedules, and history before your public launch. Reach out to talk through the move.
How do registration and payments work?
You create a registration form, set the fee, and share the link. Players or team captains register and pay online via Stripe. The money goes directly to your connected Stripe account. leaguearc charges a 1% platform fee on transactions, plus standard Stripe processing rates.
Can I run multiple seasons or divisions?
Yes. You can manage multiple divisions, age groups, sports, and seasons under one organization, each with its own schedules, standings, stat tracking, registration forms, and public pages.
Can I pause or cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no annual contracts and no cancellation fees. Pause your subscription during the offseason and reactivate when your next season starts — your data stays exactly where you left it. You only pay for the months you're actively running games.
Is my league data secure?
Yes. The platform uses SSL encryption, role-based access, and hosted infrastructure. You own your data and can export league records when needed.
Can I customize the rules — game length, tiebreakers, playoff format?
Yes. You configure scoring rules, tiebreaker logic, playoff formats (single elimination, double elimination, round robin), period/quarter structure, and overtime rules to match how your league actually runs. The platform adapts to your rules, not the other way around.
