How much does LeagueArc cost?
Starter is $29 CAD a month, Pro is $69, and Enterprise is $159. Pay annually and get 2 months free. Online payments carry a 1% LeagueArc platform fee plus Stripe processing fees.
Can I bring my existing teams, players, and schedules?
Yes. Import teams, players, schedules, and past results from a spreadsheet, and preview every row before it's saved. Moving from another platform? We'll help map your exports and check everything before launch.
Who is LeagueArc built for?
Rec and community leagues that want to run the whole season in one place, from adult weeknight leagues to youth programs and multi-sport organizations.
Do players or scorekeepers need an app?
No. LeagueArc runs in the browser. Scorekeepers score from any phone, tablet, or laptop, and players, parents, and fans follow along from a link, with no downloads and no account needed to view.
Can I run tournaments in LeagueArc?
Yes. Run one or more tournaments inside an active season with teams already in that season. Choose single elimination, double elimination, or a bracket you arrange yourself, then score every game live and publish a dedicated bracket and results page. Tournament games remain separate from regular-season standings.
Can I set my own rules?
Yes. Scoring rules, tiebreakers, and playoff formats are yours to set, down to periods and overtime.
What happens in the offseason?
After 30 active days, you can pause billing for up to 90 days between seasons, and your league, history, and settings stay put. Monthly plans have no contract and no cancellation fees.
Is my league data secure?
Yes. Every connection is encrypted, each league's data is kept separate, and Stripe handles card payments, so full card numbers never touch our servers. You can export your league's data anytime.
