Yes. Officials receive an email or push notification for each new assignment and can accept or decline with a single tap. Declined assignments return to the open pool for reassignment.
How does the system handle last-minute cancellations?
When an official cancels, the system immediately notifies the assignor and suggests replacements based on availability and proximity. An urgent notification can be sent to all qualified officials for the fastest response.
Can I track mileage and travel reimbursement?
Record venue locations and official home addresses to calculate travel distance automatically. Apply per-mile reimbursement rates and include travel pay in the batch payment export.
Does the system prevent conflict-of-interest assignments?
Yes. Link officials to the teams they are affiliated with, whether as a parent, coach, or board member. The assignment engine automatically avoids placing them on those teams' games.
Can I rate or review officials after games?
Admins and coaches can submit confidential ratings after each game. Ratings are visible only to assignors and administrators and can factor into future assignment decisions.
