Each player can be registered through the league registration flow. Administrators can use coupon codes when they want to offer a documented discount, but multi-player family checkout is not presented as automatic.
Do you support installment payment plans?
You can offer two, three, or custom-interval installment plans. The system charges the card on file automatically on each due date and sends reminders before each installment is processed.
How do I handle refunds?
Apply your league's refund policy through the connected payment processor, then keep the registration and payment records reconciled. Contact support if you need help with a specific registration payment.
Can I collect medical information securely?
Registration and player records can include emergency and medical details. League administrators should collect only the information they need and apply their organization's privacy and access policies.
