Players sign during registration, or by email link if they join later. Each signature is saved against the waiver version they signed, and you can export them anytime.

Yes, with one registration per player. To discount a second child, share a promo code; multi-player checkout isn't automatic.
Do you support installment plans?
Yes. Offer two, three, four, or six payments on a weekly to monthly schedule. The card on file is charged on each due date, and you can turn on reminder emails before each payment.
How do refunds work?
Issue refunds through your connected Stripe account under your league's refund policy, and keep the registration and payment records together in LeagueArc. Contact support if you need help with a specific payment.
Can I collect medical information?
Yes. Registration can include emergency and medical details. Collect only what you need, and limit who can see it under your organization's privacy policy.
Can I check eligibility before placing a player?
Yes. Review each signup's details before you approve it and assign a roster spot.
