Google Calendar Integration
Every game on everyone's calendar. Sync your season to a Google Calendar you choose, or share feeds that players and parents subscribe to once.
- Season sync
- Team and league feeds
- Practices and events
What you can do with Google Calendar
There are two ways to share the schedule. Connect a Google account and LeagueArc syncs a season's games to a calendar you pick or create, updating events when games change. Or share calendar feeds for a team, a season, or the whole league that work in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook.

Season sync
Sync a season's games to a Google Calendar you choose, or create a new one. When a game is rescheduled or canceled, the event updates.
-
Team and league feeds
Share a feed for one team, one season, or the whole league. Players subscribe once and see changes on their calendar's next refresh.
-
Practices and events
Practices, clinics, and other schedule events appear in the same feeds as games.
How it works
-
Choose how to share
Connect a Google account to sync a season, or copy a calendar feed link for a team, season, or league.
-
Subscribe once
Players and parents add the feed in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook.
-
Stay current
Rescheduled and canceled games update automatically. Calendar apps pick up feed changes on their normal refresh.
Questions
Does it work with Apple Calendar and Outlook too?
Yes. Calendar feeds use the standard iCal format, so they work in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, and any app that supports calendar subscriptions.
How fast do schedule changes show up?
Feeds change as soon as you save, and synced Google Calendar events update when the game changes. Subscribed feeds refresh on the calendar app's own schedule, often every few hours.
Can someone follow just one team?
Yes. There are feeds for a single team, a season, or the whole league, plus a personal feed with the games for the teams you belong to.
Do calendar events include the location?
Yes. Each game includes the venue name and address, so most calendar apps can open directions from the event.
