What Square hardware works with leaguearc?
Any Square card reader or terminal works for in-person payments, including the Square Reader, Square Stand, and Square Terminal. For online-only payments, no hardware is needed.
What are Square's processing fees?
Square charges 2.6% + 10 cents for in-person payments and 2.9% + 30 cents for online payments. leaguearc adds a 1% platform fee on top of Square's rates to support the platform.
Can I use both Stripe and Square?
Yes. Some leagues use Stripe for online registration payments and Square for in-person transactions at events. Both integrate with leaguearc and transactions from both appear in your financial reports.
Does Square support refunds through leaguearc?
Yes. Administrators can initiate full or partial refunds from the leaguearc dashboard, and the refund processes through Square back to the original payment method.
