Can coaches send messages to just their team?

Yes. Coaches and team managers can compose and send messages to their own team roster. They do not have access to other teams or the league-wide mailing list unless an admin grants that permission.

Is there a cost for SMS messages?

SMS messages are included in your plan up to a monthly allocation. Usage beyond the included volume is billed per message at a transparent rate. Your dashboard shows remaining balance in real time.

Can I schedule messages to go out later?

Compose your message now and schedule it for any future date and time. Scheduled messages appear in a queue where you can edit or cancel them before they are sent.

How do automated game reminders work?

Configure a reminder template and set it to trigger a specific number of hours or days before each game. The system personalizes each reminder with the game time, location, and opponent and sends it automatically.

Can recipients reply to messages?

Email replies go to a configurable reply-to address, typically the league admin or the coach who sent the message. SMS replies are not supported to prevent unmonitored two-way texting.
